Stockholders whose shares are held at W. P. Carey’s transfer agent, Computershare Inc., may access their 2020 or historical Form 1099-DIV or Form 1099-B via Computershare's Investor Center.

Stockholders whose shares were held in a brokerage account during 2020 will receive their tax information from their brokerage firm or custodian.
